hi all, i like opposite our local tescos store who have just had a delivery from a Walkers crisp lorry. I happened to glance out the window and see the driver of the lorry (side on) having a wee in the middle of the road up the side of his lorry. is it just me or does anyone find this kind of unacceptable??

Unacceptable! not as if he was miles from anywhere he was at a Tesco's for God's sake!! Urinating in public is disgusting to see and is up there with spitting in public as far as I am concerned!

Not illegal per se. Hackney drivers are exempt, and it has been successfully argued that this applies to lorry drivers:

no it isnt good behaviour, in broad daylight , however driving large vehicles ,isnt easy to do , yes he could of used tescos toilets, but he didnt, everywhere you park , thier is a traffic warden, so he didnt look for public toilets either , ive delivered ready prepared fruit salads, dropeed them on the floor, if iam in a good mood, i would have thrown them away, the fruit salads, if i was in a bad mood ,i would have scooped the soiled fruit salads, up from the floor and repackaged them.........lack of hygene , well H , u have an answer ........goog riddance
