Pins and Needles on left side of the face

I've been experiencing this for a couple of days.......just around the cheek area.....anyone know what it could be. x

Redbel, I can only speak from experience when I had a Bells Palsy attack. It may not be but even if it is all you'll need to do is wear an eye patch at night to keep the eye closed and take painkillers for the slight pain and I stress slight. Best to see a medical all the same.

Thank you so much for the replies.....I'm going for a blood test on Tuesday.....day after GPs appointment.....the Practice Nurse thinks I may be a hypersensive patient..think thats what it says anyway on the blood bag....:s
