Is it possible that I give off something that attracts spiders, as I am forever being troubled by them. I find them in my clothes, on my towel, in my bed and if that's not enough they climb on me when sitting down!! Our house does back on to fields and so I expect to get some spider action but not all of it. My husband leaves his clothes on the floor, but they never hide in his clothes, or his towel or even his side of the bed.
One even found its way from the lounge, where it kept pestering me whilst I was watching tv, into the bedroom and crawled over my face waking me up and when I knocked it away it came racing back up the bed again. Is it me? Please help
I have to remove a web from my wing mirror every single day. What is it about wing mirrors they're attracted to?
Unfortunately A G spiders love the great indoors. If you have a phobia of spiders you are more likely to notice them. I was watching tv one night and this huge spider walked across my living room floor. I'm not scared of spiders at all and I will quite happily deal with them for those that are scared, however this one was huge and it even freaked me out. I coaxed it into a pint glass and took a piccy of it and showed everyone. They were shocked at the size. It was like a furless tarantula.
Our house has been full of enormous spiders this year and I am terrified of them. HUge brown things with legs the size you have never encountered. Shudder!!!!!!!!!1
Thanx for your answers, but I have had to learn how to deal with these creatures as my husband can't be truted to actually catch them and put them out!! I won't kill them as it is my problem and not theirs! however it still does not explain why they always come for me and my possesions. Do spiders have a sense of smell? Do I give off some high frequency that they are attracted to? I will try the conker trick and see if that works!
