Has anyone used a SAD Lightbox?

It's a grey, miserable rainy day. Am thinking about getting a lightbox to combat SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder).

Has anyone used one? Any recommendations for models or suppliers?

Just get a grip lol
They cost around �100 and you should be able to get more information here:

However, I have heard of people making their own. It's a matter of getting the right bulbs and someone who can do the actual construction if you aren't able to, so how much money you'd save by doing that, I don't know.

Hi Plowter,I suffer with SAD as well and find a light box really helps,you should start using it now berfore the mornings get dark.
As saxy-jag said try SAD web site.
