Numbing gel for foot pain?
7 Answers
I love wearing heels but find that I can't because I get awful pain in the balls of my foot. Every time I go out for the night in heels, which are never over two/three inches, I am fine for about an hour but by the end of the night I literally cannot walk and have to sit down whilst all my mates can happily dance the night away. Its starting to get me down- I don't want to wear flats all my life, especially when it comes to special occasions! I have tried gel cushions, which help a little bit, but I wondered if there is a gel I can buy that numbs my feet so I don't feel the pain?! Or any other helpful suggestions... Thanks.

If you are not overweight, then I would suggest you see a foot specialist as you really should not be in so much pain.
In the meantime, have you tried wearing wedges? I find them more supportive as the weight is more evenly distributed rather than all focused on the ball of your foot, also they are in fashion at the moment which helps!!
