eczema spots on the top of my arms
4 Answers
i have had little spots on and off for many years. I was originally given an anti-bac wash and fucibet cream to treat this and they did go, only to return years later. last year i was told that they are eczema and very common on the top of women's arms - no matter how much i moisturise, they dont go. have you any ideas?

It smelled really horrible but it worked. However, I now have a completely natural cure for it. I find that my eczema arrives when I've been eating badly so to get rid of it I eat nothing but raw fresh fruit and veg for a couple of days and it goes! Lots of fresh fruit and veg juice especially. Dry brushing your skin while on this diet also helps to remove the dead skin and make way for healthy regrowth. Moisturiser doesn't work. The amount of time on this diet varies from person to person but as your case sounds fairly mild a few days should do the trick. I read of a guy who fasted on nothing but fresh fruit and veg juices for two months which got rid of his lifelong eczema which was spread all over his body.
