quite bad, one glass of milk a day is good. If you are drinking loads of milk skimmed is best but still not as good as water
At least drop to semi skimmed, but four pints is a bit excessive.

You really need to keep your intake of animal fats lower, for the long term good of your heart.
Full fat milk is not only full of fat and cholesterol but can also stimulate excessive mucous production, resulting in excess phleghm and a wheezy chest.

There is no reason why adults should consume milk of any kind at all, although one glass a day can be beneficial to those who don't have asthma and other bronchial problems,

Now you say that, yet I'm healthier and fitter than most people I know so surely I can't just be a one off? The other thing is I cant stand fruit or vegetables.. apart from bananas and pototoes, and theres nothing wrong with me... (plus anythin less than full fat is just milky water in my opinion ;) )
oh well do it then
How can you say you're healthier and fitter than most people? Have you had medical tests to show this? Have you been tested against other people?
might not be anything to do with the milk if you think you are healthy, you might find you can be healthier
Apparently skimmed milk is more replenishing after exercise than water or isotonic drinks. Read a study about it but I'm no expert. It does sound a bit excessive though.
heart attack waiting to happen
all that fat will be clogging your arteries
try to cut down to no more than 1/2 pint a day
Drinking that much milk will be affecting your appetite for other food - proportionally your diet will be too high in fat and too low in other nutrients - you may feel healthy, but the damage will be being done to your heart. It would be advisable to cut down on both the amount and fat content of your milk. Babies and children obtain most of their calories from milk, but as an adult you should be taking in much more fruit and veg and carbohydrates. Potatoes don't count as a vegetable btw
Milk is a "food" so drink water as well if you can. Semi-skimmed is nice..

Nobody has mentioned not drinking tap water! And I don't know what kind of gym you go to but I have never in my life known anyone drink that amount of milk and consider themselves healthy, and I go to the gym, pool and various fitness classes.

As has been mentioned before, by drinking four pints of full fat milk you are taking on way too much fat per day, the natural recurring sugars found in milk are also very damaging to your teeth, despite having high amounts of calcium making your bones stronger. You could obtain this calcium from a hundred other cources including yoghurt, cheese and other dairy products, and some fortified products like orange juice, bread and soy milk.

The FDA recommends that an adult should not consume more than 65grams fat per day (this equates to 585cals). By drinking four pints of full fat milk you are consuming 88grams of fat per day without having actually eaten anything solid or good for you! Your heart must be furry :-(

You sound like you know better anyway, but as Ethel already pointed out. There is actually no need for adults to drink milk at all.

Teeth are unaffected by milk and water, so it wont make a difference to my teeth. You can leave a tooth in a glass of milk and it would never erode because of the calcium
