There's a couple of issues here.

Cocaine is illegal, and because of this there's no way to know what the hell you're snorting. It's not like it's regulated.

Viagra will not get you high by any means. Is it dangerous? It increases blood flow and so may be very dangerous if there's, say, an underlying heart problem you're not aware of. In addition, it's a prescription drug, and can be dangerous mixed with some other drugs. But mainly, unless it's your prescription, you're taking exactly the same risk as cocaine if you pop a dodgy pill you get down the pub.
