I would be surprised if you could feel anything at 3 weeks pregnant!, its simply too early.

mention it to your midwife or doctor at your next check up and they will put your mind at ease
I'm sure there isn't anything wrong. Three weeks is very early. I didn't know I was pregnant until way after that. I certainly didn't feel anything before then that would have made me feel pregnant. You'll be having a scan soon and your mind will be put at rest. DOn't worry!
most women would not even know they were pregnant until they missed their first period at 4 weeks and even then most tests dont come up positive straight away.

First babies are often felt at about 18-25 weeks, subsequent pregnancies are earlier.

Take it easy, you will be seen by a midwife at about 8-10 weeks and perhaps will get a scan at 12 weeks.

Unless you get any complications, severe pain or red blood loss then you just have to sit and wait.

Make sure you know the things to avoid during pregnancy and also ensure you take folic acid supplements until your 12 week scan.
I agree, 3 weeks is way too early to feel anything.
With my 2nd one, I was nearly 4 months gone before I found out!!
Just don't go overdoing things over the xmas holidays and you should be more than ok.
I am sure that after 8 weeks of pregnancy you will even learn to spell correctly when you ask a new question.
did you mean 3 weeks or 30 weeks?? who has told you that you are 3 weeks pregnant??? and where did you have a scan at 3 weeks
I expect you are confused see your gp i think
If you are 3 weeks pregnant your fertilised egg is currently traveling along the fallopian tube towards the uterus and is multiplying into a cluster of cells called a blastocyst. The cells develop into a flat disc, no bigger than the size of a pinhead that contains three layers. The innermost layer will develop into the babys organs etc. So you see, as everyone else has said, it is really to early for you to physically feel anything. I didn't start getting morning sickness untill I was 7 weeks pregnant and I didn't feel the baby move untill I was 17 weeks pregnant.
Am I the only person who thinks this question is from some sort of joker rather than a genuine question?
