How many people are going to be working?
As far as I can tell from customers and friends, my firm appears to be the only idiots doing so!

However, I work for the emergency services and will be expected to go to work at any point, in the event of a major incident. :o(. We don't have parties or bonuses and, if the Police pay rise is anything to go by, we'll be pulling our purse strings a little tighter next year too. I'm going out on Friday night though..yey! Have booked a table at a restaurant for a few girlies who all used to work together 10 years ago.
I finish work on Friday and 12, where we are then going to a posh pub for our xmas do, all on the Company, I am then back on on the 7th January. I work for a Construction based company and although we can come into the office over the Christmas period, there wouldnt really be much to do!
No xmas bonus though!!

Yes, I do, as a waitress. It's pretty bad really although for my usual pay it won't be that bad. I get paid 4.95 p/hr and during the main 4 (i.e Xmas eve, boxing day, New years eve, and new years day.) is time and a half. And Xmas day is triple pay. But I'm working pretty much everyday except for 28th and 29th.
