Can you suggest some natural ways to treat or beat colds?

Chicken soup....it has been found to reduce the length of a cold by a day or so. Also inhalants based on pepermint oil and eucalyptus oil are effective in treating congestion. Drinking plenty of fluids will help with the headache, and avoid caffeine.
