There have been many cases where people have claimed to have died, gone towards the light and come back again. Has there been any cases where anyone has visited hades?

I have never heard of a case and I have researched alot about this. I think it just goes to show that hell only exists in the mind. And that "god" or nature is an all loving energy.
Or that the experiance has nothing to do with either place!
The experience of moving towards a light is understood to be the optical nerve shutting down, and is nothing to do with heaven or hell, but symptomatic of what happens when the brain goes into the the living equivalent of a cascade failure in a computer system.
Heaven and hell do not exist.
The Willow, have you ever been to Newquay??? Hell certainly does exist.
I saw a TV programme on this some considerable time ago. One "gentlemen" who had undoubtedly lived an "unconvential" life reported that thsi sort of experinec. I can't remember details but certainly fire, heat and screaming were involved. He was the only one though.
It was far more common for people to report cases of dying and visiting hades in the past (not sure how long back). I think this probably because, at the time, more people a) believed in hell and b) believed they led sinfull lives.
I'll concur with anthompson, a small percentage of NDEs do go to a hell-like place, but of course the good news is they could come back. Robert Monroes books on the subject claim, as do many others, hell is only where the worst miseries go until they can ask to leave. It's a place that reflects their own negativity, and if they become positive, they'll have evolved and no longer resonate with that frequency. Also check Raymond Moody's books on the subject.
