I can recommend WWs. I want to lose 2st and have been unable to do it by myself so the added guidance has helped me. I've lost 13lbs in 6weeks on the Core Plan (rather than the Points Plan) so I recommend you give it a go. Especially as registration is free at the moment!
Sorry isy...only just seen your question! You've probably already found the answer by now.
Anyway, the Core Plan is basically eating without scoring everything. You get a list of the things you can eat and ones you cant. You cant have things such as, bread, cheese, alcohol, chocolate (nightmare!), but I have found this works best for me!
