anyone used magnetic therapy to help health problems? (some uses include, back pain, period pain, weight loss, insomnia)

if so - what's your opinion? Did it work? If it did do you think it worked via scientific methods or the placebo effect?

I bought my daughter a magnetic bracelet to help with her RSI and she swears by it - said she's had no problems since she started wearing it. I on the other hand (no pun intended) am suffering with tennis elbow and it's agony! I bought myself a magnetic bracelet and it's done no good at all. Sorry if I've not been very helpfull but I guess the answer is - give it a try.
hi masma, i just found your thread, i agree with you, the magnetic bracelet seems useless. Another ab recommended a magnetic company to use, he said his wife was cured of her pain by thier bracelets, but sadly a waste of time and money,
