Not generally, unless the drug in question is water soluble, removed by the kidney and excreted in the urine and known to gather in the bladder before exerting its effect, which are very few. Rapid removal of drugs from the body is something that is extremely specific to the drug in question and often not done, as the normal metabolic pathways will deal with it quite happily. Exceptions occur in emergencies only.
If you're trying to hide something apparently eating soap disguises other 'substances' but you'd have to be desperate.
use niasin, not quite sure how it is spelled, it will make u clean for pot at least if thats what ur worryed about.
