Just heard of a friend who apparently is bulemic, i was just wondering how these people actually manage to make themselves vomit? Sorry a morbid curiosity i know

Stick things down their throat to trigger the gag reflex - usually fingers, but rulers, spoon handles, toothbrushes - all sorts of things are used.

Some drink warm salt water.

SOme people can just do it on demand. I'm not bulimic and never have been but i can make myself vomit by just thinking about it
