You should go to a proper hairdresser so they can sort it out, or you will just end up making it worse.
I agree with K99. The thing you really shouldn't do is try to dye it back by yourself because a blonde dye over another dye could damage your hair or make it gingery. Other than that just keep on washing it with a clarifying shampoo to see if that helps strip it out.
i dyed my hair, and it turned out exactly the same. trust me i know how you feel! however i cant re-dye my hair because of all the chemicals from previous hair dye. YOu could either dye over it with a lighter colour, go to hairdressers, or leave shampoo in your hair for a long time frequently. Dont worry im sure it will come out eventually!
If your hair was "virgin" hair and never been dyed,it shouldnt be very porrous which is good. Try John frieda's sheer blonde high light activating shampoo available at any walmart or cvs. This shampoo absolutely will lighten your hair. I have colored my hair too dark many times, and it really helps. My advice is to never use a non permamnt color again. they are just as damaging as the permant ones.Unless you choose Natural instincts which I found to be the best. Also, never color your hair more then two shades darker then the color you have~go to a pro for that. Next time try to subtley darken one or two shades if you want a change. whatever you do,if you do end up coloring again to get it blonde,DO NOT USE a ASH color, you will end up with green hair.
