Just this last few days my stomach has felt and looked really boated and I've had just a slight stomach ache. I took a senokot a couple of days ago but this didn't do anything ( as I had loo problems as well, not a very nice subject) Any tips anyone. Thanks.

Get some Settlers Windeze tablets from the chemist and start eating Activia yoghurts. I had this problem a few weeks ago and that is all that would work for me.
Possibly a slight tummy bug as you say you have tummy ache too but if not it could just be due to the constipation problem. I find natural foods are better than using any laxatives, which can cause bloating- which is probably why senokot just released a laxative that combats the constipation and the bloating! To help combat constipation you could try foods such as raisins, pears(quite ripe),prunes or dates. Also try drinking more water and have a long walk-many of us get quite sedentary during the winter months and sometimes this doesn't help when you suffer digestive problems particularly constipation. I hope this helps and didn't sound patronising,i suffer the same problems at times and know what discomfort it can bring. Hope you soon feel better.
Is it wind or food? If it's wind, try some charcoal tablets to get rid of it

If it's food, take some fresh juice (prune if you can bear it) to get you moving again
I have this problem now and then too
I had it so bad a few weeks ago I looked 7 mth pregnant and I hadn't eaten much differently
I cried it hurt so much and I couldn't get my jeans on
Then next day it just went ..........
peppermint complex is excellent, made by Bioforce its all natural ingredients and the peppermint relaxes the colon

thats why you get 'after dinner mints' to help digestion

do you get this often, it could it be irritable bowel syndrome? which is cause by stress and/or depression. certain foods can irritate it more, those high in fat and some dairy products with some people. i had this really bad about 6 years ago now, i was very depressed back then. i have not had any symptoms of it since i have come through my depression.
It might not be this of course, just another thing to think about
an al sex?
