There can be many reasons for low blood pressure , such as a result of a fever , alcohol related , being on blood pressure tablets which can slow down your heart rate or taking diuretic tablets which can lead to a drop in blood pressure due to excessive loss of fluid. There is also a pregnancy related condition called hypotension which is the opposite of hypertension (high blood pressure) and is usually nothing to worry about. The best person to ask about this would naturally be your GP. Don't be afraid to voice your concerns as that is what they are there for and will undoubtedly be only too happy to help - rather than having you worry yourself sick.

thanx. i hope its not pregnancy related!! or i would have something to worry about being a bloke!!!
Yeah I did wonder about the name dazzagh. Kind of figured that you were a guy lol ! Tried to give you as much info as I know about BP though but seriously , do speak with your GP. Your GP is the best person to put your mind at ease and after all , they will be most familiar with your medical history. All the best x Ps Wouldn't it be such a great day for women everyhere if men COULD have babies ? Now that really WOULD be something !!!
I have low BP and was told by my GP that it was nothing to worry about. Being unfit would typically have the opposite effect on your BP.

Either you are really laid back or bleeding internally - I hope for the former over the latter.
