How can I stop my stomach from becoming bloated? Its nice andflat on a morning but by early evening I look about six month pregnant unless I don't eat. Is there any foods that make it worse or better? Or any herbal remedies that help?

Talked about this last week and i'm the same, look pregnant byt the evening! I've cut out bread and all things yeasty as this makes me swell up, try it for a couple of weeks and i'll bet you'll notice a difference, i have. also try taking acidophilus which is a good thing to take to help your digestion. has to be kept in the fridge tho. also avoid fizzy drinks as this makes my tummy go, also may be some water retention so you could have a look in Boots for something to help that. It's annoying isn't it - i get up every morning and look in the mirror and think why can't you be this flat at 7pm!! good luck, all the things ive tried have helped - may be worth looking to see if you have a food sensitivty as well.
Fizzy drinks tend to make you bloated, try drinking lots of water if you don't already. And try taking Omega3 fish oil capsules which help your body to use the water instead of it just passing through. Plenty of excercise and going to the gym later in the evening will help too. As for foods, I suppose junk food doesn't help, lots of fish and protein foods are always good for you.
Try cutting out caffeine, my friend told me about this one and it does help!
sounds like your allergic to something - try cutting things out of your diet - as it happens everyday it'll be something you eat everyday - prime offenders are milk and gluten (in bread, soy sauce and infact loads of things).
most carbohydrates cause bloatiness. stay away from cereals and potatoes. high salt and sugar. did you know a bowl of cornflakes has the same amount of salt as a bowl of sea water..
