fat intake.

say if i ate 300grammes of fat everyday of the week for 1 week and put on a stone in weight..the next week i ate no fat for five days but the last 2 days ate 2,100 grammes of fats......wot would the result be? the same?

2100 grams of fat is a lot of fat to eat, why would you want to eat that much?
I would guess not. Its not about how much you intake over a period of time, its about how much your body can handle at a time. If you don't burn the 2,100 grammes off you will store it.
Also, further to what meget has said, if you weighed yourself the day after you consumed the 'day 2' of your 1,050 (to make up your 2 day 2,100 total), then the scales probably would register that at that point as it takes time for the body to break down and digest stuff, so you wouldn't really be getting an accurate reading.
