Dodgy skin
7 Answers
I used to have decent skin on my face and its turned dodgy with blemishes and bits of red rash. Im 22 so thought was over all that stuff. Havent changed my skincare regime and the only thing ive changed is eating slightly more cos my BMI was 17.5 and underweight, henceI dont think Im drinking as much water as I used to. Could this be it and if so Id rather be dead skinny than have crap skin. What dya think?

Don't stop drinking water since it flushes toxins out of your body - toxins which may cause spots.
It might just be the time of the year - s**t weather and staying in (central heating) so not getting so much fresh air and exercise, all of which can affect your skin.
Try using natural cleansers and moisturisers such as Witch Hazel and Tea Tree (Boots the Chemist) and Pure Aloe Gel. It's really good for skin care.
Hope that helps.
Take care.
