White Heads

What causes white heads on the face, and how do you get rid of them??? Not as easy to squeeze as black heads.

Testosterone. Squeezing them can cause cysts to develop and leave scarring. If you're gonna squeeze them make sure your fingers are clean because the dirt can get into your poures. Although doctors say this is not true, i believe they are caused by fatty and greasy foods.

Hi, I had really bad acne, white heads and black heads when I was a teenager. I went to see a Harley St specialist and was told it is caused by the lack of a clensing enzyme. Surges in Testosterone limits this enzyme. It's just puberty and even though my parents spent a fortune on my treatments the spots still didn't really go. I also gave up chocolate and greasy foods but my specialist said it wouldn't help. He said it's not true about the food you eat. Greasy food might trigger the odd spot but acne is completely different. So bear with it, it does go away.

A warm wet cloth. It also prevents scarring.

I heard that white heads were caused by swet. When you swet the salt from it causes white heads.
