Nasty virus, is it doing the rounds ? Very very sore throat, nasty hacking cough (no I dont smoke) also very itchy skin !! Sympathy please .. and any cures ??

I think the best cure is to sleep with someone to pass it on.

I dont know about that but I have had this thing for a few days where I feel hot and sick all the time :S

Me to, for nearly a week I've had sore throat & nasty cough...on the plus side I went to the dentist yesterday (which I hate) and he told me to re-book due to my swollen throat!!! Unfortunately the headache, sweats & sickness are still putting in an appereance! No cure, sympathies...:o(

Managed to drag myself to chemist today, pharmacist said it could be hay fever ! Particularly the itchy skin and sore throat. Didn't know a sore throat was one of the symptoms of hay fever ?
