Has anyone had any experience of the creams that are about that are supposed to remove permanent Tattoos? Any opinions on the best option for Tattoo removal?

I don't know about the creams, but I'm having laser treatment to remove one of my tattoos. I pay 70 a session - cost depends on the size of the tattoo. If the tattoo is in colour, it takes longer to remove - mine is black and I've been told it will take 10-12 sessions for it to go. I've had 3 and it has virtually disappeared already. The session takes about 15 minutes and it isn't particularly painful - if you can cope with having a tattoo in the first place you'll definitely be able to cope with laser treatment. Laser treatment will remove tattoos completely with no scarring. It breaks down the collagen under the skin which has sealed the ink in, and the ink is dispersed into your system and ejected from your body with all your other waste products! Good luck
Well that is not what I have experienced. I am currently having a tattoo removed from my shoulder, a small celtic sun, after going for a consultation they told me it should be removed in 14-16 treatments @ 65 a pop. I am now on my 19th treatment and there is still about a third left to go. The scarring looks bad but I am told it will heal over time, roughly a year for the skin cells to renew. My treatments are only for a minute at a time and I find them very painful.. more so than the original tattoo! I hope this wont be the case for you ljo as the treatment seemed to be working for me initially.
