How To Get Rid Off Stretch Marks

I think, I've posted this in the right bit but here goes anyway!

Okay, I've not had a baby nor am I pregnant. I'm just a plain size 12 but I've noticed these stretch marks just on my hips 'love handles' and on the inside of both thighs. They just look sore and imflammed but really they look horrible and I was wondering if there was a reliable cream that could help reduce how bad they look. I know that weight can help aid stretch marks so I'm sorting out my membership as well but I'd like for them to fade rather than just stick out like a sore thumb!!!

any hints or help out there?

bio oil is one ive heard used a lot for stretch marks after baby.

its supposed to be very good, if a bit pricey.

so where can i buy that bio oil?? just at the local chemist or something?

Bio oil is brilliant- you can get it from boots, tesco, superdrug, chemists etc etc... its about �9.50 a bottle but last for ages n it works

Bio Oil is available in all good chemists and online.............I sound like an advert.lol.
Seriously,its good stuff,I have used it to reduce some raised and tight scars after having lung surgery,they are now flatter and more pliable,meaning they don't pull as much when I move. The oil is about �8.00 a bottle but lasts for absolutely ages.

My best mate has just had a baby, and she had quite deep stretch marks - she has been using bio oil for a few months now, and they have improved so much that you can hardly notice them at all now ! Good luck with it !

i think a lot to do with skin type .....ive had 2 kids not got any on my tum ....just lucky i think never put no oil cream nothing on ...good luck x

I never got stretch marks after having 3 kids sleepyj,I agree it must be skin types,some are prone others not.We are very lucky!

More cost effective to buy the biggest bottle of Bio Oil, it come in small, medium and large. The large costs about �20

I have always had pretty bad stretch marks around my belly region ever since I gave birth to my three kids.I had tried Vitamin E oil and cocoa butter which a number of people had recommended but it didn't seem to work. My Doctor had even suggested a Tummy Tuck. I then recently read an article about a lady who supposedly got rid of her stretch marks using a particular cream. I tried it and it worked really well.
