diet thing again

you dont eat for a week you would lose weight and i no its unhealthy and you lose water and mucsles become fuel and all that but all i want to know is would you become thin even if you looked untoned and unhealthy but would you loose alot of weight ?.

my best friend is anorexic and shes been through absolute hell, its not something thats cured over night, shes relapsed 4 times so far.
At her worst she was 5 and a half stone and could hardly get out of bed.
yeah you may want the perfect body but personally i'll stick to being a size 14 and happy and healthy.

I agree with everyone here Josie. If you need to lose just a few pounds, then cut down on what you eat, and don't have anything too sugary or fatty. That, and a bit more exercise, should get rid of any excess poundage. if you want to lose more than that, it might be best to visit your doctor/nurse, for a proper diet sheet, and take things slowly. One to two lbs a week is fine - if seemingly slow - but any more than that on a regular basis, and you'll look and feel ill, and then put the weight straight back on again when you resume your old eating habits.
