at what age can a baby break its nose?

I hope this is a hypothetical question as it would be extremely difficult! What age are we talking? New borns have very soft bones, especially in the skull area(e.g. it usually takes 12 months for the fontanelle(top of the skull) to knit together fully). Without a definite age it's not possible to say, just that it would be an extreme event.
