Girl troubles

There�s this girl that I met and I really like her (as in I find her attractive, personality and looks). The night that we met I caught her looking at me a few times, so at the end of the night I got my friend to ask for her number, I know that�s pathetic but I didn�t want to be turned down, anyway, I�ve been texting her and we�ve talked online a few times, but I don�t know if she likes me back. I don�t want to ask her straight out because I hate rejection and I�d feel really bad if she said no. I really don�t know what to do next and I can�t stop thinking about her. How can I tell if she likes me back without asking her directly. What would other people do in this situation. I know this website isn�t and agony aunt site but I thought people may have some good suggestions for me. By the way I�m 16 if that makes a difference. Thanks

Build up all of your confidence, even if you're just faking it (because if you're not confident then people will see reight through you and just walk away) and see if she'd like to hang out with you and a few other friends as this helps relieve some of the akwardness. The fact that she responds to you online means that there's a possibility.

Im 19 and have been with my boy/f for 3 years. When i first told him i liked him he blanked me for bout 2 months but then we got txting and after a while+it had got round to all our friends, my sister asked him out for me!(i didnt ask her 2 tho!) he said yes and we've been happy ever since! Well, if you don't take the chance of rejection you'll wonder if you and this girl could of had something together so go for it. Even if she doesn't feel the same just think of it as her loss cause you'll meet someone else.
