Just a thought. I do drink a lot of water but it's usually sparkling, is this as healthy as drinking still?

Have a read of the above linked article, you may be surprised to know that we don't actually need to drink as much water as the beauty industry would have us believe.

That's quite interesting. I don't drink it for health reasons really, I'm just one of those people that always has a drink to hand. (Sometimes I get lucky and the drink in question is wine :c)
My younger daughter is the same, she is rarely seen without a bottle of water in her hand, she just prefers it to other drinks........although she does like a tipple of the alcoholic stuff like all 19 year olds.lol
All carbonated (fizzy drinks) are bad for you

Hi China Doll. Friday evening is almost upon us. Make sure that wine is to hand.
Not really a fan of 'spoons, but they have a wine festival on at the moment, and the CHATEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE is very reasonably priced, so I will be sampling lots of that this weekend.

I didn't know that Gromit. Now I'm all uncertain again.

Will do winebuyer, just deciding if I fancy a juicy red or a big ****** one. (my technical terms for red wine)
Question Author
I just looked that wine up, sounds good. I can certainly think of worse ways to pass the weekend. I may see if Sainsburys do something similar.
Joan Collins said that sparkling water makes cellulite worse - god knows if this is true!!

Oh heck. I'm royaly confused now. I might go bother the Science lot and see what they have to say!
