changing color

want to go from cinnamon brown wella color charm ( 356t) to slightly lighter and redder

Being that color doesnt generally remove color, how is it possible to go to a lighter shade? Will I need to use a color remover and filler first?

probably yes...depending on how dark your hair is. you could choose a light auburn which may lighten it some.Or,here is a great idea,you could just add highlights. they have a brand of highlights designed just for red highlights. It's probably the best choice for this one.
