mix up some plaster, place it on breasts, let it dry, take it off. Voila

thanks for your comments, i applied the plaster of paris when it was dry it just cracked and fell away, or well good fun trying lol.

That's why you need the bandages. I wasn't joking - we us them to cast feet with for insole manufacture. They allow the plaster to flex when removing it from the foot - breast in your case. I could help you if you like! ;-)

thanks again, just spoke to someone who advises i use alginate instead of plaster of paris as kinder on the skin. if u would like to forward your details i will look at purchasing some bandages from u . thanks

My good friend Antony Gormley usually makes a latex body covering first, then uses this to create a mould, then applies plaster to the created mould.

OK the daft neighbours across the way were such a pair of idiots that I still cry with laughter at the thought of one of them with what looked like a concrete giant fishtank on his head. The arty one decided to do a full cast of the very thick one's head and face my abiding memory is of their p.o'd Russian father having to try to crack it with a lump hammer without maimimng the numpty that was encased. Sheer magic! lol.

you can buy the right sort of bandages frommost craft shops, they come with the plaster already on them and just have to be dipped in water and put on the body.
before putting them on the skin rub some vasaline over the area - this stop irritation and makes the plaster easier to remove once set

Oh yes indeedee let's be honest who could NOT watch , it was an absolute bleedin' pantomime in the 70's, better than the telly that's for sure - they were never allowed to watch Magpie or Blue Peter again. The encased one had a couple of straws stuck in his face that was as red as beetroot from the stress and heat off the setting plaster. His mother was clinically hysterical and his father was trying to go gently gently ... pure entertainment!
