white lies?
6 Answers
whenever i tell i little white lie
(just something like 'that jumper looks great' nothing big)
i always tend to touch my face
a.k.a: rub my fore head, scratch my nose, etc
does anyone else do that?
is it like a phycological (sorry i cant spell) thing?

yeah its physchological, i watch the Trisha Goddard chat show (sad i know) and they quite often have a body language expert, all the signs uv mentioned above r common things people do when they r lying, another 1 is putting ur hand in front of ur mouth when u r talking. id probably try not to tell so many white lies, cause the person u r talking to can probably tell from all ur fidgiting that u r not telling the truth.
Yes, it is psychological. You would normally rub your eye (or put your hands near your eyes), or put your hand near your mouth or ear. Its to do with the saying of hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil because you know you're lying. A young child would cover their mouths if they lie or say something bad as they know its bad - it is built into all of us. Your nose does actually gets slightly bigger when you lie which is why you would scratch it.
