i am so hungry. The maggots are my only friend. But im so hungry i just ate one. It tasted rancid. I have just had 2 valium and i wiped my own faeces all overme to try keep cool as i have a fever. Oh but the smell is bad. I managed to get the local shop to bring me some vodka. I hope the person who delivers it doesnt mind excrement. The pain is very bad.
