I'm starting mine again on Monday. I've lost 36lbs so far and have been starting to get complacent again. Haven't done my DVD for almost six weeks. :(

It sounds a lot, but I'm 6' so it takes a while to show on me. I've been eating 1200 (maybe a little more... ;)) per day and using my workout DVD. I've lost 21 inches from my waist, hips, thighs and arms.
To keep me motivated, though, I was weighing and measuring myself once a week, but lately, as I've got lazier, I've been weighing myself every day. It's not really ideal and your weight can fluctuate daily, but it stops me making excuses to myself that I can be bad for one day as I have however many left until I weigh myself again. Hope that makes sense. :)

ok, when I first started it I lost a pund within first half hour, its been up and down really and I am still same but I guess after a while it may work. I have been doing the muscle workouts though so that isnt really going to shift the weight more tone me up. Maybe I will start doing more of the aerobics
