I'm 5ft 9 and roughly 14 stone when I sit down I appear to get 2 stomachs my abs seem to roll into one and give me that appearance. I really want to lose wight and was wondering if losing weight would reduce this?
Also was wondering my friends pregnant and when she sits down she just has one round bump were as before she used to be the same as me after the baby will he stomach return back to how it was obviously a little flabbier than normal?

If you decide to lose weight you will lose it all over, and despite what some diet and exercise plans claim there is no real way of losing fat in one area alone, such as your stomach. Your body shape changes as you mature - sadly, only teenage girls have flat stomachs and abdomens. Nature intended your abdomen to be rounded and time, pregnancy and good living make sure this will happen.
You might want to take up an exercise form such as pilates that concentrates on core stability, which will help you slouch less and hold your tum in naturally. You can also get some nice strong lycra undies that help with self esteem.
Your friend's bump is caused by her womb enlarging upward and outward but pregnant tums also come in many shapes. She will be like a 'let down balloon' for some time after birth, and recovering her muscle tone will depend on her fitness and genes, but rest assured nobody is ever exactly the same after a pregnancy due to both physiological stretching and hormonal changes that afftect your skin and muscle tone. It is not a 'bad' change, it is simply a new phase of your life.

unfortunately i dont believe that nature intended for our tums to be round and if you really want to shift it it will take alot of effort and discipline. nature may not have intended for us to have super rock hard abs naturally but our natural shape does not include belly roll. i am not knocking belly fat as i have some for myself and am struggling to get rid of it after having 2 babies. i know how it feels to be self consious sitting down and your friend will most definately have lots of belly bulge after the birth of her baby but by eating healthy and gentle exercise during pregnancy there is no reason why someone with a once slim tum cannot spring back into shape with a little effort. its only through convenience that we end up with belly fat, and if it was as nature intended surely we would not constantly hear the lectures about health risks especially as abdominal fat puts the heart more at risk. if your happy then embrace your shape if not hit the pavement and get exercisin, youll soon see the difference and feel great sitting down!!!
