why is crying so important to us humans? even if its on your own locked in your room? why do some of us struggle to cry at all...like me...even though no matter how hard we try, no matter how mch we want to...we just cant...why is that?

I find it can be a release, can help get things out of your system and reduce some of the build up of whatever is causing it.
Also depends on your mood, I find that if I'm sad I can cry easily.

I also cry easily when I'm ill!! maybe feeling sorry for myself.
everyone is different in showing their emotions and expressing it.

Crying is to release emotions but when its hard to cry it can build up and up. I have this problem all the time then I end up crying for a really little stupid thing.
