Well I finished my two weeks of eating cereal, how boring. I stuck to it and even when I couldnt have cereal for some reason at lunch I had it for tea instead. And even when I was ill and had no milk in I ate it dry and for what I tell you about 2lbs loss. Woop Woop. I wouldnt bother if anyone thinks it works.

2lb? See, I'd have gone straight to the fridge after that result and all the effort it's taken! Well done for giving it a go, anyway, 4get. :)

well I thought I'd try.
red i do keep the weight off but thats me, I find I am so careful afterwards and eat only certain foods.
Apparently if you keep it up for 6 weeks you might reduce your cholesterol and might reduce risk of a heart attack.

You might as well tuck into some cream donuts to create a balance in favour of certainty.

what...the

You say you always lose a stone on the cabbage soup diet.

How much weight have you lost in total? Or do you keep losing the same stone?
If that's the case, it is a totally pointless exercise.
not at all, Ethel! If it only means being a respectable weight every second week, it's still better than nothing. <plump sigh>
4get, i find if I swap dairy for grain milks, I go for rice milk myself. Eat no red meat, and only snack on fruit and drink nettle tea for all my non water drinks the weight drops off very quickly. Easily a dress size in a fortnight and there is no starvation involved ( I dont eat bread though which proved a big problem with my mate when she tried to eat what I do).
