Actually, I had a great day yesterday. Ebbsfleet to Brussels on Eurostar, then continuing on to Ostend. I headed for my favourite bar and found that there was a massive street festival taking place around the area. Loads of market stalls, car boot traders, kids going berserk running between all of the bouncy castles (all free) and loads of great free live music on several stages. (The Elvis impersonator, with a Flemish accent, was just brilliant!).

Bloody hell, we'll have Vehelpfulguy and Dzug in here before you know it!

I booked about 10 days in advance and got �29.50 (which is the lowest fare available to the general public) each way. (I used to work for the railways and got �19 each way). Fares to Brussels (and back) include free onward/return travel from any other station in Belgium.

yes icey, deleting Temporay internet files can speed up the pc! doesnt do any harm to your pc!! :)

I agree that Brussels is fairly boring; that's why I hopped on a train to Ostend (which is one of Europe's best resorts - there's something for everyone).
