Could i be pregnant

HI, can anyone please help me. Recently i have been experiencing some symptoms that would say im pregnant eg. tender breasts, swollen tummy, urinating alot and feeling sick. but i am on the pill and i have been having periods, could i still be pregnant?

yes course you can the pill is not 100% and some women carry on having periods when pregnant, best thing is to do a test

these symptons could just be related to your period.

if your seriously worried about it, just to a test to put your mind a rest.

take a test, this could all be attributed to pregnancy OR urine infections and side effects from hormone contrceptive.

Find out ASAP though and stop taking the pill.

of course, if you are not pregnant, ensure you are fully protected before having intercourse

i took a test and found it negative, so what could be the cause of my symptoms

when did you take the test? did you take another when symptoms continued?

Tests arent always accurate in early stages as the hormone isnt always high enough at that point.

Take a second test and if still ngative then see your GP for further advice.

first wee of the morning coz apparently the pregnancy hormone is at its strongest then.

if you've been feeling like this for a month, you may have a virus/infection/or could be just down to the pill.

regardless of what the test says i would go see the doctor to get to the bottom of this.

this could be connected to your other post about wanting to have kids. Perhaps you have such a strong desire that your body is playing tricks on you.

Go to your GP. They can run blood tests if needs be.

i agree with red, go to your doctors and find out whats going on.

if your a teenager, which I suspect as you mentioned you were young in your other thread, then this could just be normal teenage hormones messing your body about.
