my eye

This morning I looked in mirror and I've got an orangey mark under my eye, bit like fake tan, it's a patch about cm wide, its quite dark orange but doesn't feel bruised at all. Anyone know what it might be?

sometimes I get these patches on my chin but thats usually after I;ve had chinese :-)

There is a name for it but it escapes me. I think it begins with K (big help I am)

It is a sign of high cholesterol. See your GP

Think Ethel is thinking of xanthalasma (not sure of spelling) which could indicate high cholesterol.
Check with GP as Ethel says.

Just ooked up xanthelasma, dont think its that its not on eyelid and it seems to have gone darker now like a red scaly colour
