As above really. i'm feed up with all the rude people on here that have just tried to upset me with they're rude remarks. I'm a nice person, if i wasn't then i wouldn't have any friends and i wouldn't have been offered a job in a nursery i was voulinteering at.

Not everyone is like that. It's just like RL where there's some people you know you would never invite on a night out and others you'd be happy to spend time with.

Be selective in your responses and if you don't want to come back you really don't have to.

why are you suddenly concerned about rude people?

You can email the ED and ask to be removed or just not bother coming back. Its quite simple really. The contact us button is at bottom of page.

I don't understand this sort of argument at all. I only discovered the site about a month ago and log in most days. Often, just to view other people's comments and not add any of my own. You can only be upset by other people if you allow them to upset you. If this site really does reflect Life - and surely, that's why we use it? - then it will consist of every type of person you'll find out there in the street, at work, in the pub, at home ... In Life, you frequent the places and fratenise with the people that suit you. In the work place, it is difficult, if not impossible to walk away from people and situations you don't like. On a website, you literally have the power at your fingertips to walk away, either from the site altogether or just from a particular posting. No one's going to come knocking at your door because of something you've said or not said. You are completely anonymous, cosily closeted in your own safe surroundings and so your own free agent. In my short time here, I've learned to know a few people to ignore and also a few to respect. If the time ever comes I start to feel rattled by what others say, I shall find something else to do with my time. No big deal. As interesting as this is, in the whole scheme of things, it's no big deal!

I have been on a few years now and you get to know the idiots.They are more to be pitied just hiding behind a screen letting off steam as they are insecure. The very first time I asked a question on here I got a stupid reply. But when I first started up I did not know very much but with the help of a few very clever people I must say I have learned an awful lot .Yes there is one every morning that is a pain and interferes in knowledgeable questions with his stupid dribble.gets banned then comes back under another name. You will soon suss them out.Don't let the idiots take over just ignore them as they just want you to argue back.If I get a rude answer I just say my piece once or sometimes just completely ignore and have a laugh at the sick person in front of their screen.

One little PS: As an English teacher, I've always been very pedantic about correct spelling, grammar and punctuation. It has often tainted my enjoyment of Life because I've been so up tight about it! Reading comments on this site is helping to cure me of this obsession; whilst appreciating the correctly 'penned' ones, I am learning simply to accept the badly 'penned' ones and I am learning to resist the temptation to correct them and simply to accept them for what they are ... Guess that's a good reason for subscribing to the site? Or maybe it's corrupting me ....??
