Life's a bitch eh?
Have a look through what you've written and see if you can find any positives.
It's easy to spot the negatives and if you're not careful it becomes a habit.
In your own head you can talk yourself into anything. It is much nicer to think positively but it takes work to start with.
good luck

socks up,chin up and chest out, lifes a rollercoaster, full of dips, swirls and highs, your just on a dip at the moment, after the dip comes a high,so your situations gonna get better! if your jobs cr*p why not do a part time/evening course? so when your going through tough times you can smile inside knowing your going to be out the rut soon!
