You can buy a tongue scraper from some supermarkets.
I bought mine from Savers.
My old one broke the other day as I pressed a bit too hard.
Luckily, I had a replacement in the bathroom cupboard.

i ended up drinking lucozade and it made loads of difference to my tongue and my tastebuds, i think i'll get meself one of them tongue scrapers though, that sounds like it might work
