My husband has a white ring round rhe edge of the iris of is eye, could this be an indication of any health problems.

Possibly too many lipids (fats) in the blood. If so, there may be an increased risk of a heart attack. Hubby should get his cholesterol levels checked a.s.a.p.

If it's always been there, I wouldn't worry. If it's just developed, then go and get it checked out. An optician'd be able to tell straight away.
