I seemed to have 3 dreams last night all intermixed, one is were my friend who i havent seen for over 30years was in it but at the same age as i remember her,but didnt look like her, the next bit was were i was in a house with different people, when one of the women must have committed a murder and had planned it, so had a alibi, my cat was in it and also a dog that i didnt regonise, then the worse bit for me is when a boy i knew was on a motorbike looking at his mates and bragging, when he went down this small street and a massive lorry coming the other way and he went right under the wagon, i heard the thud, and the driver got out and started saying it wasnt is fault, there seem to be a lynch mob after him, i got him into the safety of the newsagents, where i tried to calm him then rang the police, then woke up, wander what that all means????

Don't eat cheese before going to bed?? :-)

There are books on dreams - wander into a book store one lunchtime and have a browse.... saves buying the book.

Sleep tight!!
As I said in a previous thread, dreams are your brain filing various bits of information/memories, mixed up with other random experiences, some from real life, others from TV, radio, etc. I believe your brain has to open various 'drawers' to file the information, momentarily allowing past thoughts/experiences to leak out. I don't believe they have any future significance. Unless you think you're like the Biblical Joseph!
I would liken it to the defragging system on a pc.
The brain re-ordering a filing away thoughts and experiances. As Tups said sometimes the stuff already files away slips out.
The dream process is one that will take the experts a long time to sort out. But a gay friend of mine used to say the answer to every dream could be found in our longing to be free of a lesbian love triangle.
I asked how he came to this. He reconned every one was. :-)
I love that term, defragging. And you've just reminded me tigerlily, I haven't done my pc for ages!
makes note ... "don't share a room with puddicat"
