Balck HAir with pink tips

my friend and i want to die her hair BLACK with PINK/BLUE tips...but we don't know how to do it....her hair is already bleached adn is pretty fried..... can you tell me how to get her hair back to smoothness and black hair with pink.blue tips

Hiya, not sure where to get it from but in most places like boots etc they sell this pot of conditioner that you leave in for two mins, if she washes her hair and uses this everyday and thenonce a week leaves the conditioner in over night this will leave her hair looking good and feeling great, the product is made from Hena and the pot does about 10 applications. it sorted my hair out and mine was a might mess (also curly so u can imagine!!) about dying it she must must must put a red colour on before dying it black (or it will go green or at least have a green tint to it!!) even if she just buts on a wash in wash out colour on and then the black! paint the colour on with a brush leave the ends blonde/ red then after washing black out do the pink/ blue! hope this helps good luck!!
