There is red on my cheeks all the time, 24/7 - it's just below my cheeks by my jawline, and it's like permanent blush - but it looks like I put it on wrong. :) Is it a disease? Can I get rid of it? To me it looks really unattractive.

I would either consult a doctor, or have a word with one of those very helpful make up girlies in the big departments stores. I have freckles and suffered with a very red nose, I was told to use a GREEN foundation and hey presto, no more red nose.
