Ever since I can remember, I've had muscle 'spasms' everyday. They can be quite small like my finger moving up and down and other times I'll have one in my arm where I can see the muscle really twitching. I get them in my back, arms, legs, toes, my butt. Infact - just about everywhere! I just find them so annoying, does anyone else suffer with twitches?

Yeah it happens to me too sometimes! For example I'll be lying on my side and suddenly a muscle in my leg starts to spasm, it's a very small part of my leg but if I look closely I can see it move! It feels so weird. This has some info about them http://www.wrongdiagnosis.com/sym/muscle_twitch.htm
I get them in my arms either the inner of my elbows twiching or the tricep, just below the shoulder, people have commented they can see my shirt sleeve moving, dont know what causes it but it happens a lot to me
I get them in my eyelids, which is the most annoying thing ever! I'm not sure what causes it really, but in my case I'm sure it has something to do with tiredness..
I get them in my eyelids too, it is so irritating! Apparently it is a lack of magnesium that causes the spasms, taking a supplement helps stop it.
I often get them too. Holding something cold against the muscle usually makes it stop.
During the past 4 or 5 months (it may be longer). I have beeb exeperiencing such spasms. I first noticed my left thigh muscle fluttering for want of a better word. Since then it happens randomly, it could be my arms, legs, backside, temple, back, chest, abdomen etc. It only seems to happen when Im not moving about and therefore isnt hindering me, but its a bit strange. Ive been to the doctors and had a full physical and a blood test. Results of both were normal. The muscle spasm or flutter is more evident if its a big muscle i.e. biceps or thigh etc. At most it lasts say 3-4 secs but only ever seems like a second in the little areas.
