Before everyone gets too busy with the sprouts, spuds and stockings thought I would say thankyou to all who have been so kind and caring during this difficult year.
I know I`m not alone in my loss as I read a lot of others too, but at a time when I could see no joy you stood by me.
So all have a lovely time and may we all raise a glass to absent loved ones.

my sympathys to you too mine was my beloved Hubby of 34 years ans when i reached out for hugs I was amazed at the response, everyone was so genuine and caring.

Mamyalynne, only know you from helpful responses to crossword queries but so sorry to hear what you've been through. 2009 will bring many poignant memories of times gone by (birthdays, anniversaries etc) but more strength to cope.

You're a lovely lady Mamya,and I hope you have as good a Christmas as its possible to have.After my father died,I used to say to my mother,that its just one day,you have to get through,and then its over. Your grandchildren will make it that bit easier though,I hope. God bless,Linda xx

yes indeed lindapinda he would be cross to think we were miserable the children will keep me going, though tears may flow (selfishly) at some point we will get through.
